Amber North is a Dallas-based commercial food stylist specializing in advertising, packaging, social, and motion projects for brands, restaurants, and agencies.

After earning a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, Amber was introduced to the world of food styling through a family connection. After attending a few photo shoots, she immediately fell in love with the craft and enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas to gain hands-on culinary experience as she pursued a career in the industry.

Amber began her career assisting food stylists from across the country before joining a team of nationally recognized stylists, where she spent several years developing her skills and industry experience. Today, she collaborates with brands, agencies, photographers, and production teams to create compelling food imagery for commercial campaigns.

Known for her thorough approach, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate the needs of a production, Amber thrives in the collaborative environment of commercial shoots, where preparation, problem-solving, and teamwork come together to create successful imagery.

When she’s not on set, Amber lives in the Oak Cliff area with her husband and two cats, Ellie and Kiera. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering a great restaurant, getting lost in a binge-worthy mystery series, and refining a workflow. Always looking for better ways to solve problems, she’s constantly improving processes and finding more efficient ways to get things done. Seeing her work out in the world still feels a little surreal and remains one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
